Possibly email updates throughout about order status would be helpful. 2-The packaging had an odor which passed on to the shoe, so the shoes had to be aired out for a few minutes. 3- Branding is very important, the packing had no branding. Not a big deal for me but just a suggestion. But, if you’re looking for a comfortable lightweight shoe it’s a great buy. The quality seems to be there.
